Snabb Ops ("the App") is operated by Dotless Private Limited ("Snabb," "we," "us," or "our"). The App is a private operations tool for the Snabb delivery network and is intended only for our delivery drivers and operations staff who have been issued an account by Snabb. It is not available for public sign-up.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the App, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

1. Who this policy applies to
This policy covers drivers and operations staff who use Snabb Ops with an account provisioned by Snabb. Separate notices may apply to customers who use Snabb's customer-facing services.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity information
- Your name and mobile phone number (used to sign in and identify your driver account).
- A driver/account identifier assigned by Snabb.
We issue these credentials to you; the App does not offer public registration.
Location information
- Your precise (GPS) location, collected while you are using the App and on shift/online, so dispatch can assign nearby orders, show your position on the map, and enable order routing.
- During an active delivery, your live location may be shared with dispatch and with the relevant customer for real-time delivery tracking.
- We collect location only while the App is in use (foreground). We do not track your location in the background. You can disable location access at any time in your device Settings (see Section 7).
Photos and images
Photos you capture in the App for proof of delivery and for product / price submissions (e.g., photographing items at suppliers). The App uses the camera only when you take these photos.
Communications
Messages you send and receive through the App's in-app chat with dispatch and customers.
Operational and delivery data
Order and assignment details, delivery status updates, timestamps, routes, work zone, online/offline status, and cash amounts collected on delivery.
Device and diagnostic data
- Crash reports and app performance data (collected via our error-monitoring provider, Sentry) to keep the App stable.
- A push notification token to deliver order and dispatch alerts.
- Standard technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and log information.
We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Authenticate you and operate your driver account;
- Assign, route, and manage deliveries from pickup to drop-off;
- Show your position to dispatch and enable live delivery tracking;
- Record proof of delivery and reconcile cash collected;
- Enable communication between you, dispatch, and customers;
- Send operational notifications;
- Maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, and ensure safety;
- Diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve the App;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process your information to perform our agreement with you and/or Snabb, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the delivery network, with your consent (for example, device location and camera permissions), and to comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Within Snabb — with dispatch and operations staff who coordinate deliveries.
- With customers — limited information needed for an active delivery (for example, your live location and delivery updates during that order).
- Service providers (processors) acting on our behalf, including:
- Apple — for push notification delivery (APNs);
- Sentry — for crash and performance monitoring;
- our hosting and cloud infrastructure providers.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Snabb, our drivers, customers, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and operational requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your choices and controls
- Location & camera permissions: You can enable or disable location and camera access in your device Settings at any time. Disabling location will limit core features such as receiving assigned orders and showing your position to dispatch.
- Push notifications: You can turn these off in device Settings.
- Access, correction, deletion: To access, correct, or request deletion of your account information, contact your Snabb operations team or hello@dot-less.com. Because accounts are issued and managed by Snabb, certain requests are handled through your operations team.
8. Account deactivation and deletion
If you stop working with the Snabb network, contact hello@dot-less.com or your operations team to deactivate and delete your account. We will delete or anonymize your personal information except where we must retain it for legal or legitimate operational reasons (e.g., delivery and financial records).
9. Data security
We protect your information using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure storage of authentication credentials in the device keychain, and access controls limiting who can view operational data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices.
10. Children's privacy
The App is intended for adult delivery drivers and staff and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
11. International data transfers
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in Singapore and Maldives. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
