Help for drivers and operations staff using the Snabb Ops app.

Snabb Ops is the driver app for the Snabb delivery network, operated by Dotless Private Limited. This page helps drivers and operations staff get the most out of the app and reach us when they need help.

Snabb Ops requires an account issued by Snabb. If you don't have one, contact your Snabb operations team — the app does not offer public sign-up.

Getting started

Signing in

Open the app and sign in with the mobile number / identification number and password issued by Snabb. If you've forgotten your password or can't sign in, contact your operations team.

Going online

Tap Go Online / Start shift on the Home screen to begin receiving orders. Tap it again to go offline and end your shift.

Allowing location

When prompted, choose "Allow While Using App." Location is used only while the app is open, to share your position with dispatch and show nearby orders. The app does not track your location in the background. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Snabb Ops.


Common questions

I'm online but don't see any orders.

  • Confirm your status shows Online on the Home screen.
  • Make sure Location is allowed (see above) and you have a working internet connection.
  • Pull down to refresh, or tap the refresh icon in the top bar.
  • If it persists, message dispatch via in-app chat or contact support.

How do I share my current location with dispatch?

Tap the location icon in the top-left of the Home screen to push your current position to dispatch.

Capturing proof of delivery.

Open the order, complete the delivery steps, and use Proof of Delivery to take a photo. Allow camera access when prompted (Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Snabb Ops).

I'm not getting order notifications.

Enable notifications in Settings → Notifications → Snabb Ops.

Cash collection.

Record cash collected against an order using the in-app cash collection flow. For discrepancies, contact your operations team.

Accounts are created and managed by Snabb. To update your details, reset your password, or deactivate/delete your account, contact your operations team or hello@dot-less.com.
